Well now I feel sort of guilty for bitching and whining about all my broken stuff and problems. I've got it better than most and should count my blessings. It seems that everyone I've encountered today has been down in the dumps with the holiday blues. We all need to snap out of it I guess and find some YouTube comedy to cheer us up. Rhubarb cake (full recipe) 1 1/2 cups brown sugar 1/2 cup butter 1 tsp vanilla 1 egg 2 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 1 cup sour milk (1 cup milk mixed with 1 tbsp vinegar) 2 cups chopped floured rhubarb Topping: 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tsp cinnamon (this is to taste) Use as little or as much as you like. Cream brown sugar and butter. Add vanilla and egg, beat well. Mix dry ingredients together. Add alternating with milk to creamed mixture. Add floured rhubarb, mix well. Pour into 9" X ...

it's just what it says. after mailing a package for @whoners, and picking up our truck and trailer I turned on the camera during an errand! woot woot! we're going to pack the truck today and tomorrow and then leave Thursday morning. The trip is 1300 miles and we'll be making it in two, with a nice rest over night! :-) there will be movies, of course!
