On Saturday the 7th of Feb, Victorian Bushland was struck by a natural disaster. It is now day six and there are still 25 fires alight, 184 people have perished and thousands of homes have been destroyed. I'd like to dedicate this video to Victorian police, the firefighters, National Army, red cross and all the others who have either volunteered their time or their skills in making this time just a little easier for those who have already lost so much. On Saturday Morning 7th February the fires started, by Saturday night over 1000 properties had been destroyed and 200 people were killed and that number is rising by the hour, as police enter the areas effcted, discovering more people that perished on that horror night.. My heart goes out to all who have lost loved ones and their homes. Took the kart out for it's final run today in Kinglake and Strathewan. Last hairpin corner of incar run I met an oncoming car and had to run wide. It stopped and you can hear it pull away after I hit the white post. I would've done a few more runs, but blew the left rear tyre off it's bead when it come down off the jump.

On Saturday 7th February 2009 Australia suffered its worst ever natural disaster. This day will always be remembered as Black Saturday

4 runs down different tracks. Low picture & audio quality in the last 2 clips, due to using mobile phone. Tracks were too rough for my Fuji digital camera. Last run was the fastest and also the roughest. Shock of the rollover shut down the phone. Rollover resulted in no damage. (Flat tyre - knocked off it's bead).
