The bodhran is the traditional Celtic frame drum. The cross braces and laminated rosewood strengthen the shell of this goatskin-covered drum. With a rich deep sound, these drums are great fun even if you have not mastered the traditional playing.

I'm using Tommy Hayes's style on the Bodhran. I find Tommy's style is more delicate than the Kerry Style. Fiddlers usually prefer it also, especially if they're playing solo, because it has a gentler effect. www.drumdojo.com here's the sheet music : www.box.net
