Downtown Crookston is a place I know well. I'd walk my dog every single morning in downtown Crookston during the summer of 2009. It didn't take long to figure out that something odd was going on. Reasonable precautions to safeguard pedestrians seemed to be lacking. This was a nagging thought in that it took me awhile to finally realize just what was wrong. These spots are prodcued by KVLY TV, based in Fargo, which serves the entire Red River Valley.
