Visit a small rock art filled rockshelter overlooking the Deschutes River in Oregon. The rockshelter has been a focus of Pacific Northwest Native American rituals for thousands of years. This small cave is filled with pictographs made during vision quests and by shamans.

Rafters shooting the Oak Springs rapids on the Deschutes river. One boat is stuck in the hole. Each time they try to paddle out, another boat comes. The second collision really doesn't end up so well.

Decided to walk down to the old Olympia Brewery and film the Deschutes River a little bit this morning. We've had record flooding in local rivers. This is due in part to a lot of rain in the past few days, but mostly because of our record snowfall the last weeks of December, coupled with unseasonably warm temperatures during the rain.
