This is after we took the muffler off our 2001 Ford Excursion with the Powerstroke 7.3 Diesel. Sounds much better! I thought it sounded good even without the muffler, Now I would never go back! That diesel growl and whistlin' turbo is a perfect combo!

JL subwoofer excursion test. These are 6 JL Audio 10w3 dual voice coil at 6 ohms each. They are in two different boxes due to the fact that one big box would not fit. Three of them are version 1 and three are ver 2. The song is the MTX subwoofer test track. You should be able to find it for download. OCAC 06' 1st place. The amp is an older MA Audio 3500 High Current runnong 3500 RMS, not peak. Tested and verified at 144db by Adam Grendel, College Station Texas. Whoop!!!...
