Basically, any trash that gets dumped in the water rides the currents to this one spot and joins an ever-increasing flotilla of crap. For all the breathless accounts of the mess and its impact on the area's sealife, however, no one seemed to have a picture of the buildup. In order to sate our own curiosity, VBS joined the crew of a research vessel studying the trash and sailed out into one of the most remote spots of open water in the world, the North Pacific Gyre, in search of this mythical garbage island. What we discovered once we got there was an ecological disaster beyond any of our expectations and possibly the single worst thing human beings have done to the planet and ourselves. flotilla capturada el 16/10/1999 con robot 1 JVC X28 .Este fenomeno produjo cortes de luz en la ciudad . Como se ve los lenticulares de alguna manera desconocida se organisan y suelen viajar en formaciones bien definidas y geometricas , es muy usual verlos en formaciones triangulares y a muy baja velocidad surcan durante minutos los cielos de las ciudadades . Por favor no te confundas como algun gil , con los globos . On this edition, the Captains Cruise Flotilla transits the Huahine Lagoon from Fare town to Avea Bay on a beautiful windless morning. Avea was so nice we stayed two nights.

Our first experiment into generative audio/visual performance. Everything in the clip is generated live, the visuals in Quartz Composer are reacting to MIDI signals sent over a wireless network from Ableton Live. All fairly tricky to set up, but it works quite well. Apologies for the sound quality, lack of cables etc. But then again, I don't really want to give youtube the rights to the nice audio do I?

Aqui queda expuesto otro mix , de los primeros minutos (extractado a segundos) de la aparicion de la segunda flotilla registrada por mis equipos el 30/11/2000 , esto tambien sucedio a pleno dia y esta vez el fenomeno se extendio ,durante 1 hora , mientras estas misteriosas he impactantes flotillas ,modificaban muy lentamente su formación . Del analisis de esta muy compleja cinta , se podrian inferir cosas maravillosas " , como casi la expresión de la manifestación de "planos estelares" o formaciones de punta (señalando algo) o en forma mandalica de estrella de 5 puntas . Lamentablemente esta otra evidencia (al igual que la gran mayoria de las imegnes de flotas ),jamas vio la luz de las pantallas , aun habiendo sido entregada a muchos ambitos especificos de mi pais quienes asi la requirieron .
