Learning to scuba dive on the Great Barrier Reef, Australia, back in the year 2000. We had a 1 week training course including 9 dives on a liveaboard which moved between different reefs. Video includes parts of the PADI open water certification including navigation, removing mask. Lots of fish, turtles, corals and other amazing underwater life. This movie was filmed while on M/S Taka at Osprey Reef about 8 boat hours east of the Great Barrier Reef, Australia. We fed the sharks tuna heads and about 30 sharks had a feeding frenzy. A crazy but really cool experience!!

This is a shark feed I filmed on the Great Barrier Reef in 2000. Things got kinda crazy when one of the sharks got tangled in a chain holding the bait. The shark escaped and appeared to be unharmed. Enjoy.
