Two Coast Guard lifeboats were filmed doing training manuvers during this large wave event. There was also two tow in sufers out along with their jet ski campanions. The ocean wave heights were close to 18 feet. The video was shot at Humboldt Bay bar entrance in Eureka California October 22, 2009.
