I compare ammo for the Ruger LCP. Cor Bon .380 ACP 90gr JHP works fine. The slightly taller Fiocchi .380 ACP 90gr JHP sticks in the magazine. Stay away from the Fiocchi.

I found my Ruger LCP having a problem after drawing from a snug fitting holster. Ruger says that this is NORMAL with all LCP's so be aware. It is from the extractor engaging the bullet casing while locking/unlocking the barrel.

No problems. Just a brief video describing my recall experience with the Ruger LCP .380. No complaints, other than the typical annoyance of any recall, such as not having the pistol, or arranging UPS pick-up and return delivery with signature required. Ruger did offer that pick-up could either be by UPS truck at my house, or they could e-mail a shipping label that I could use, and that I could bring the box to UPS myself. Here's my review of the Ruger LCP. I have used this gun as my main carry gun for about a month now, and I can tell you "it's all good". There are some minor downsides. The gun has super small sights and a D/A trigger that you need to train using, but other than that, this gun is a good value from Ruger. I know you .45ACP/1911 guys will complain about the lack of firepower from a small .380, but proper round placement can make any firearm lethal. I have seen these guns retail in my area from ...
