Tia Estela Vasquez Otavalo passed away last weekend at a very young age of 40 years. We will miss her dearly! She was a good mother and a great friend to all. She acted in several of our videos and will be best remembered for the role she played as the "Chipicha", the witch in Otavalos' most famous legend. This is part two of a video we made 9 years ago.
