Reenactment #17: Goodfellas
WARNING: STRONG LANGUAGE. The Seventeenth of my Re-enactment Series. If there ever was a scene that is widely known in cinema, it's this one. In this scene from Martin Scorcese's Goodfellas, Joe Pesci's character is telling an amusing anecdote to his friends. Ray Liotta's character says he's funny, to which Pesci's character takes the wrong way... This is my first video in which I used my new GL-2, a very nice digital camera. The video quality's oustanding. This was hard because I had to ... |

Reenactment #26: Pulp Fiction [Request #1 of List #1]
The 26th of my Reenactment Series. Here it is. Finally. I didn't get it in before Monday... hence, I didn't leap. Looks like I'm stuck here... dammit. (Quantum Leap references out of the way...) I KNEW some of you guys would be disappointed. It's such a great scene, and you've been waiting a long time for it. I'm hearing the same complaints: Bangs were distracting, didn't like the hair, too comical and not serious. 1. I put the "Bangs" in because I thought they were hilarious. I giggled to ... |

Reenactment #1: Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory
The First of my Re-enactment series. This is me, re-enacting a scene from the 1971 movie "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory." I play the part of both Grandpa Joe and Willy Wonka in this pivotal scene where Grandpa Joe confronts Wonka in his office inquiring him on Charlie's lifetime supply of chocolate. Wonka is less than pleased with Charlie's breach of contract, however. My resources were limited: I wanted to do a scene with two people, preferably men, and this came to mind. Nearing ... |

Reenactment #22: Fight Club [Request #4 of List #1]
The 22nd of my Re-Enactment Series. Number fo'. Fer sho'. In this scene from Fight Club, Brad Pitt's character proves a point to Edward Norton by threatening an asian clerk behind a convenience store. Honestly, I think this film's both underrated and overrated at the same time. On one hand, I feel sorry for David Fincher as this film didn't get the recognition it deserved until the DVD sales; the film didn't do well in theaters at all... on the other hand, EVERY SINGLE film student I ever ... |

Reenactment #5: Star Trek: First Contact
The Fifth of my Re-enactment series. I'm not a trekkie, but I do think Star Trek: The Next Generation is a kick-ass show, rivaled only by its kick-ass movies (with the exception of the last one...). First Contact is a good example. In this scene, a woman from the 21st century is on board the Enterprise, which is slowly being overtaken by a race of aliens known as the "Borg." Captain Jean-Luc Picard does not want to self-destuct his ship, even though it is the only way to defeat the Borg once ... |

Lynn's Degrassi Scene Reenactments
I made these videos when the tv channel The-N was asking fans of the Canadian show Degrassi to submit their fan appreciation videos of all kinds, INCLUDING scene reenactments! So here's mine. & FYI, they WERE aired on television, on the-n. :) ALSO the sound quality of the scenes we shot outside turned out really horrible because of the wind. So I had to dub some of those parts, and I HATE working with sound but I did the best I could (keeping in mind I had to finish before the deadline for ... |

Reenactment #43: The Devil's Advocate
This is the last reenactment I did before I moved to California a few weeks ago. This isn't to say I won't be doing any more reenactments... but they probably won't be in my parents' basement anymore. Also, a lot of you may be wondering who that woman is in the end. Her name is April, and she interviewed me for a story in Washington Post Magazine. For the interview, I let her watch me do this reenactment for her story, and I thought it'd be fun to put her in the end. Expect a behind-the ... |

Reenactment #16: Ocean's Eleven
WARNING: MILD LANGUAGE The Sixteenth of my Re-enactment Series. So I thought I was done with the reenactments for a while. I still owe you guys "A Few Good Men," but besides that, I'm reaching the end of the line. I can't think of any more scenes I'd like to reenact. I do want to try and make it to 20 reenactments before I stop though. I thought of this scene and got real excited. In a four hour adrenaline rush, I put this together. I'm quite proud of this one. In this scene from Ocean's ... |

Reenactment #31: No Country For Old Men (as seen on Jimmy Kimmel)
This is the fourth of five reenactments I did for Jimmy Kimmel Live earlier this year. It was part of a challenge to reenact a scene from every Best Picture nominee for this year's Academy Awards. Some of you are asking why this, and the other reenactments, are so short. The reason is because I was given time constraints when these pieces were aired on Jimmy Kimmel. None of these Jimmy Kimmel reenactments exceed 30 seconds to 1 minute, because they could only play up to 30 seconds of the ... |

Reenactment #29: Atonement (as seen on Jimmy Kimmel)
This is the second of five reenactments I did for Jimmy Kimmel Live earlier this year. It was part of a challenge to reenact a scene from every Best Picture nominee for this year's Academy Awards. This version has an extra 30 seconds of footage that wasn't shown on TV due to time constraints. Fun fact: I hated this movie. |

Jeff Gordon Qualifying Dover Reenactment
I think I may have jinxed him when I said I would take requests. lol. Hate to have seen this happen, but I think I got this one pretty much spot on. Used all the camera angles they did, and it looks like the crash too. I dont know why at one point it goes all fuzzy, but its only for a second. Im still taking requests for reenactments so send em to me! Rate, Comment, Enjoy. |

Reenactment #18: Jurassic Park
The Eighteenth of my Re-Enactment Series. The only reason I did this video: Jeff "Freaking" Goldblum. My friends and I sat up all night doing Jeff Goldblum impersonations, ending each sentence with "and, and, if... and, well, thereitis." I have a hunch that when he gets a script, he adds a comma after 90% of the words in all of his lines. "I'm just saying that, uh, uh, life, uh, finds, a way." I concentrated on Jeff Goldblum... my impersonation of the other four characters may not be up to ... |
