On October 15, 2008 at the Doberman Pinscher Club of America's National Dog Show in Topeka, Kansas, WWII War Dog Handlers arrived to hundreds of Dobermans and their owners. 2008 marks the 100 year anniversary of the Doberman Pinscher dog in the United States. On Oct. 13 2009 the band Kanas will release a (Blu-ray) DVD / CD package of their 35th anniversary concert performed at Washburn University's White Concert Hall in their hometown Topeka, KS.
