Here's some test footage of a Century Optics MK1 lens with a VX2K Bayoring adapter. Lots of vignetting on the computer but its no different on a TV than the VX-1000 with the MK1. Good for low-light shooting. Luke Knows Blunts.

35mm adapter test #8 this time with sony vx2000

I mounted both cameras on my jib arm, the DVX upside down and then shot some random stuff of my family outside just to compare. No filters were used, just the internal ND filters when necessary. I wasn't really paying attention to lighting or framing, but I am planning on shooting a whole scene with planned lighting and the same F-Stops sometime soon. Both were on the white balance daylight preset with auto iris and auto focus except for the last shot. The DVX Scene File was: Sports Detail ...

PLEASE DONT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT STEADY SHOT. heres the deal, i took a vx2000 my mk2 (which has no vig so theres no need to turn off steady shot!!) and put the little lens into the back of the mk2, which made alot of vig, ive never had to turn off steady shot so IM SORRY! haha (: and if you want a good lens my advice is a mk1. or mod a mk2 like this, which from personal expirence id say is wider than a mk1. thanks

I got a vx2000 a few weeks ago and today it was really nice out today so me and my friend Erik Blomberg went out to test the new camera. Its way different than my old gl1 so I'm still getting use to it. I also wanted to try editing with new programs, so I used adobe premiere and adobe after effects. More Videos coming soon. First edit i made with my new setup. Colors look really amazin on quicktime but like shit on YT. sometimes the filming is bad and shaky. Came out pretty good.
