Starting Point: Les Délices de l’Érable, 84 Saint-Paul East Street
Details: You can experience the range of local cuisine while learning about the history of many of Montreal’s hot spots: Little Italy, Saint-Laurent Boulevard, Plateau Mont-Royal, and more. You’ll get to sample the best of Quebec’s specialty ice cider, artisan cheeses, and chocolate delicacies. Cost includes transportation, food tasting, and a tour guide is included.
Old Montreal Progressive Meal
Cost: $145 per person
Date/Time: Thursday, February 21 and Friday, February 29, 2008 from 6pm to 9:30pm
Starting Point: Auberge du Vieux Port, 97 de la Commune East Street
Details: This tour will be a walking tour through 3 of Old Montreal‘s lifestyle hotels, each of which will offer 1 of 3 courses. You’ll have an appetizer course at l’Auberge du Vieux Port, a main course at la Place d’Armes Hotel, and dessert with a liqueur at Hotel Nelligan. Bonus? Details: In this short afternoon walking tour, you’ll discover the culinary, cultural, and historical part of Montreal – complete with cobblestone streets.
