Kigali City Tower is located in Kigali, the capital of Rwanda. It is one of the most attractive structures in the country and serves as a mix-use complex comprising banks, supermarkets, offices, restaurants, boutiques, and many more. The 20-story tower, which is the tallest in the country, includes a four story commercial center and a car park block.
Rwandan businessman, Hatari Sekoko, had developed the tower that was later built by Chinese engineers on the site that used to be a central bus station. The construction work of the tower began in 2006 and the building was officially opened in 2011.
With more than 60 retail shops in a total area of 10,000 square meters, the Kigali City Towers has become the largest shopping paradise in Rwanda. Offices occupy most of the space in the tower building and only lower ground and top floors are for retail. Across the history of civilization, Kigali City Tower stands for aspiration and power. It brings the best standards in mixed-use development in Rwanda.
