The Southern Decadence festival (southerndecadence.net), also known as Gay Mardi Gras is one of New Orleans’ most celebrated annual bashes. This year’s festivities go from September 2 to 7, 2009 and includes contests, pageants, parties on Bourbon Street, and more!
