Pebble Beach Food & Wine in March: Pure Decadence

Salmon DishThe celebrity chef entourage will include names like Thomas Keller, Michel Richard, Ming Tsai, Mark Ayers, Gary Danko, Todd English, and Alain Passard. Specially crafted fixed menus will be offered for a multitude of themes, culinary styles, and tastes. From “Fusion at its Finest” to “A Day in Italy” and “A Celebration of France,” and various Lexus Grand Tasting lunches, no foodie will be disappointed.

Join Thomas Keller, the 3-Star Michelin rated chef from the French Laundry in Yountville, California on the 28th for a demonstration. On the 29th, Todd English will be offering a demonstration on “Cooking Olives Style” after his famous Olives restaurant in Charlestown, Massachusetts but which has spread to Las Vegas, New York, and Tokyo.
